We need a national institution where our politicians has to go under training and learn the basic norms first. In our country, the meaning of democracy or, pol party is to create a autocracy within the party and go for horilut both financially and ethically. Abbas or khoka or for that matter jalil or obaidul kader all r same became poltician without having the basics . first they need to bridge between them and people in a meaning full way. then only we may expect some change within our pol parties.
